    Our rider will wait up to 20 minutes while you try on your items. This is your opportunity to check fit, quality, and make any returns or exchanges on the spot — no need to visit a store.

    How Our Return Policy Works

    Try-On at Delivery

    • Customers are allowed to try on items when the rider arrives
    • Our rider will wait up to 20 minutes for you to complete your fitting
    • Use this time to check size, fit, and quality
    • No store visit required — everything happens at your doorstep

    Immediate Return Requirement

    • Returns or exchanges must be made immediately within the 20-minute window
    • The rider must still be present for the return to be accepted
    • Inform the rider immediately if you wish to return or exchange any item

    Tag Requirement

    • Items must have the original tag attached
    • Items without tags will NOT be accepted for return or exchange
    • Do not remove tags until you are certain you want to keep the item

    Condition of Item

    • Items must be unworn and unwashed
    • Items must be in original condition
    • Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will void the return

    After Delivery Completion

    • Once the rider leaves, the order is considered accepted
    • No returns or exchanges will be processed after this point
    • Please make your decision within the 20-minute window

    Important

    We do not accept returns or exchanges after the rider has left. Please use your 20-minute try-on window carefully to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

    How Exchanges Work

    Need a different size or color? Here is how to exchange at delivery:

    1. 1Try on your items during the 20-minute window
    2. 2Tell the rider which items you want to exchange
    3. 3Return the item(s) to the rider with tags attached
    4. 4We will process your exchange and deliver the replacement item
    5. 5Replacement delivery is subject to stock availability

    If your preferred size or color is out of stock, we will offer a full refund for the returned item.
