Esther .B. Muhumuza is a fashion entrepreneur, international sourcing strategist, and business systems creator passionate about helping women build profitable, structured, and sustainable brands.
Her journey began in fashion retail, navigating the challenges of unreliable suppliers, unclear pricing structures, and costly beginner mistakes. Determined to build differently, Esther traveled to Guangzhou, China to personally source inventory, build direct supplier relationships, and develop structured pricing and profit systems that transformed her business operations.
Through that experience, she realized something powerful — many aspiring entrepreneurs don't fail because they lack passion. They fail because they lack systems.
That realization gave birth to ByBisa — a platform dedicated to equipping fashion entrepreneurs with practical tools, supplier research frameworks, pricing calculators, cost-structure templates, and real-world strategies that eliminate guesswork and reduce risk.
